Instructions:
For high thread count polyester:
- Press firmly at 275°F for 10-15 seconds
- Let cool for 90-120 seconds
- Peel from the bottom left corner
- Press again at the same temperature for 10 seconds with a Teflon sheet for a shiny, soft appearance
For high thread count cotton:
- Press firmly at 325°F for 10-15 seconds
- Let cool for 60 seconds
- Peel from the bottom left corner
- Press again at the same temperature for 10 seconds with a Teflon sheet for a shiny, soft appearance and better adhesion for superior washing results

We offer direct-to-film prints and aim for happy clients. If you need a refund, please read the conditions below:
- Printing has started and not shipped: Allow us time to perfect your order. If it’s processing and scheduled for delivery, we cannot grant a refund.
- Poor quality due to image: Our program notifies you of poor quality. We print to your set dimensions, so ensure you upload high-quality images. Use tools like Let's Enhance for better quality.
- Design is wrong: If your design is wrong and already printed, we cannot grant a refund.
- Application issues: Follow the instructions in your manual to avoid problems. If you’ve applied the prints incorrectly, we cannot grant a refund.
